We provide you with a non-pressure sales experience, or we are more than happy to assist with any of your shopping needs. From one piece to a complete home, we are here to help. Consignments

We purchase furnishings out right.

We are very selective on All Pre-Owned Furnishings that we accept. All must be well-made, in like-new condition, no older than 10 years old & must come from a pet & smoke free home. We will not go to storage units to ensure conditions. 

We do work with many builders and real estate professionals as well. With that we are able to acquire Model Home Furnishings. Essentially (Like-New furniture) at discounted prices, however

 NO WARRANTY.

Terms:

Payment of invoices due on date specified.

2.5% Surcharge for Phone-Pay with Credit Card Processing.

Lay-Away: 25% down / 90 Days to pay in full.

Storage: We will hold Sold & Lay-Away items for up to 90 Days at no additional charge unless otherwise specified.

STORAGE FEE: $75.00 per month AFTER initial 90 Days from purchase. Non prorated! If fees reach purchase price, customer forfeits item or items & deposit unless otherwise specified.

Local Delivery Options:

FREE DELIVERY: For Purchases of $500.00 + before tax.

$50.00 For Purchases up to $499.99 before tax.

Extended Range Delivery: (in addition to)

$50.00 For Extended Range Delivery (41-60 miles)

$100.00 For Extended Range Delivery (61-80 miles) 

Removal Fee: $25.00+ tax for the equivalent of items delivered unless otherwise specified.

Service Fee: $75.00+ tax per hour (non-prorated) unless otherwise specified.
